Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) package little smokies (about 35), drained and patted dry
  • 12 slices thin or regular-cut bacon, each cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Wooden toothpicks, soaked in water 10-15 minutes

Instructions

  • Drain the little smokies and pat dry. Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Soak toothpicks in water.
  • Wrap each smokie in a piece of bacon, secure with a soaked toothpick, and roll in brown sugar.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Arrange in a single layer without touching. Work in batches — do not overcrowd.
  • Air fry 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crisp and sugar is caramelized.
  • Rest 2 minutes before serving so the glaze sets.
