Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16-20 oz) frozen potstickers or dumplings (pork, chicken, shrimp, or veggie)
  • Oil spray avocado or vegetable

For the dipping sauce (optional)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sliced scallions

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange frozen potstickers in a single layer, flat-side down, with a little space between them. Work in batches if needed.
  • Spray lightly with oil spray, about 4–5 spritzes per batch.
  • Air fry at 380°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying again.
  • Check — the bottoms should be deep golden and crisp. Add 1–2 more minutes if needed.
  • Serve immediately with the dipping sauce.

Notes

Timing is a range, not a law — start checking at 6 minutes if your air fryer runs hot. Leftovers re-crisp at 350°F for 3–4 minutes; never microwave.
